  • Employers and Company Administrators are invited to a weekly Employer Overview Webinar every Thursday at 1 pm PT designed to demonstrate the employee onboarding and enrollment experience and company administrator capabilities within Ease.

  • Employers that are new or current users of Ease, or evaluating Ease as an option for HR, onboarding and enrollment are welcome to join.

  • Prerequisite: Company administrators should attend the Employer Ease Overview Webinar as an introduction before accessing the training series.

  • We recommend viewing the video using a high-quality option.

  • Once enrollment is started:

    • Left navigation denotes where you are in the enrollment process.

      • When Benefits is reached, plan types available for election are listed.

    • Right depicts the summary of your enrollment as you add elections including the benefit-cost and total cost per pay period.
